Privacy notice

This internal QuickBooks validation surface is operated by Ladduu LLC. Its current reviewed mode is sandbox.

• Preflight mode processes no QuickBooks credentials or accounting data.
• Sandbox mode processes only an Intuit sandbox authorization, its sandbox company identifier, and the minimum response needed for a CompanyInfo check.
• An explicitly approved production-read mode can process one Intuit production authorization, the authorized company identifier, a CompanyInfo schema response, and the result of one fixed Account-count query.
• Sandbox and production credentials, state keys, company identifiers, and tokens are kept in separate Google Secret Manager containers. They are not placed in source control, analytics, application logs, screenshots, or task artifacts.
• The service does not retain company details, account names, account numbers, balances, transactions, invoices, bills, reports, or ledger entries. Sanitized validation evidence can retain only a count, request class, timestamp, HTTP status, source revision, and schema result.
• No QuickBooks accounting write operation is implemented in this phase.
• The connection can be revoked and its protected local token record cleared after the controlled validation.
